Las Vegas is in the midst of a vertical revolution, with the newly constructed Las Vegas high-rises around the Strip and downtown gleaming as brightly as the city’s plans for urban renewal. The last couple of years have seen a great deal of growth in the city’s urban core. Quite a few Las Vegas high-rises, such as Panorama Towers, Park Towers, Platinum Tower and Sky Las Vegas, even offer resales. There are currently many good deals to be made in Vegas luxury condos. Many of these resales are priced significantly lower than they were just two or three years ago, giving investors the chance to make very profitable investments indeed. Despite the national real estate market slump, after all, Las Vegas remains one of the country’s fastest-growing metros and values here are only going to rise in the future.
