Since I have lived in Las Vegas for so long, I feel that I know the city, inside and out. I remember when I first moved to Vegas, the area I live in now, would have been miles into the deserted desert. The Vegas I still think about, is a Strip with only a few Hotel-Casinos scattered along a narrow, half a mile long row. Now its hard to keep track of every hotel, casino, or highrise that is under construction, along with the grand openings of new completed resorts.

The imploding of some of the Landmark Hotels has been sort of sad. But just like New Years, "in comes the new and out goes the old."

I remember when the view of the Strip lights, was considered normal, now to own a home with the same view is considered "A Million Dollar" view and a very hard one to find at that!

To me a home, condo, highrise, midrise or any of the new wave of living here in Vegas is an investment in the American Dream! So whatever you're interested in I will do everything in my power to help that Dream come true.
